Adorna currently owns and runs 3 real estate related business and has had a personal team for over 25 years. Her team has an extensive client base and continues to receive repeat referral business from past clients, family, friends and business contacts.
As the President of Dynamic Directions, Inc., an educational and sales training consulting firm that has a extensive faculty of consultants and trainers.  Adorna trains Realtors® all over North America in Buyer and Seller Representation, Strategic and Business Planning and Association Leadership Training. She has authored numerous designation and certification courses for the CRB – Certified Real Estate Brokerage Managers,  CRETS- Certified Real Estate Teams Certification, the SRS – Seller Representative Specialist and the RENE – Real Estate Negotiation Expert, programs that have elevated the skills and career opportunities for real estate professionals.

In 1997 she completed her term as the State President for the CT Realtors, was the 2001 Region 1 VP, an NAR Liaison in 2002, 2003, and 2007, RPAC Trustee in 2004, the 2005 NAR VP & Liaison to Committees, NAR’s Chief Political Fundraiser in 2006, a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame, the REBAC Hall of Fame, the 2016 President of the REBI – Real Estate Business Institute (formerly CRB) and is the 79th recipient of NAR’s Distinguished Service Award.

Adorna has a BA Degree in Philosophy and has been awarded five Who’s Who awards beginning with “Who’s Who of American Women”, “Finance and Industry”, “Emerging Leaders”, “Who’s Who in the East” and “Who’s Who in America.

Terri Murphy understands the relationship part of real estate.  

As a top producing real estate agent in the Chicago area for over 24 years, Terri listed and sold over 100 homes a year without a team and when interest rates soared to just under 28%.

Regina P. Brown is an Associate Professor of Real Estate in Forbes School of Business and Technology at Ashford University and Real Estate Instructor at Brightwood College (Kaplan). She is also the owner and lead consultant of MBA Broker Consultants and the broker/owner of California Coast & Country Homes. She authored several real estate books, including “Buy Your First Home” and “Learn the Lingo of Houses”. Regina is honored to serve as the 2018 Treasurer for National Association of Real Estate Brokers San Diego Chapter. She served as the 2017 President of Women’s Council of Realtors® San Diego, and 2014 Education Committee Chair of San Diego Association of Realtors®.

Regina earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Azusa Pacific University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Forbes School of Business and Technology at Ashford University. She is an e-Pro Realtor®, GREEN Certified, and earned the prestigious GRI designation. She recently received her ASBC certification as a small business certified consultant. Johnny Mo started in the dot com as a network engineer during the big boom. Always wanting to try real estate he entered the industry 2002. Seeing many voids and using his tech skills he quickly went up the ranks and became a top producer for the state and region. 
Reaching multiple award levels year after year and finally the Hall of Fame from ReMax in just a few years he became a leader in the area. From there he went to the local KW market center and quickly fell in love with training and mentoring agents. Always looking for deficiencies he saw a revolving door of agents so he started some out of the box trainings. 
These trainings focused on the micro level of your business and focused on the understanding that tracking daily activities over time, the macro is accomplished by default. During this time he developed the More GCI Agent Management Portal. This SaaS helped agents to business plan, goal track and grow their business. 
After helping that market center he went on a journey to grow More GCI. That journey has led him across the country to speak and train at large, medium and small venues. His purpose in this journey is too reduce the attrition rate of agents and help them be the best they can in all verticals of life.
He also developed the Agent Success Kit which breaks success down through an 8 week course. Agents who follow the principles of the training and the UPAD Principles of Success build successful careers in real estate.

Bruce H. Aydt, DSA, ABR, CRB, GRN, SRS


Bruce Aydt is a REALTOR®, attorney and educator from St. Louis, Missouri.  As a second generation REALTOR®, Bruce grew up in the real estate business and has worked in virtually every aspect of real estate companies.  Bruce has been in management as well as in-house legal counsel to companies for over 30 years.

Bruce has the know-how and experience to bring meaning and life to classes that usually are the "tough" subjects. Bruce speaks and writes on solid, business and legal topics that are the foundation of all good real estate and association practice - topics like risk management, agency, Code of Ethics, arbitration, procuring cause, contracts, agency, leadership and successful meetings. Bruce doesn't teach "fluff" - participants come away with solid, practical information that can literally save thousands of dollars in daily practice. Bruce has been involved in REALTOR® Association work throughout his career.   He has served in leadership roles as President of both the Missouri Association of REALTORS® and the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®. Bruce has been part of the National Association’s Enlarged Leadership Team three times, has chaired the NAR Professional Standards Committee, Legal Action Committee and State Leadership Forum and received the National Association’s Distinguished Service Award.  He is a nationally recognized educator on real estate issues and is one of the three co-trainers for the NAR Mediation Training Seminar.  Bruce has also been a regular columnist on ethics issues for REALTOR® Magazine.  He lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife, Lisa, has two grown children and two fabulous grandchildren.

Len Elder, DREI, JD, is the Senior Instructor at Superior School of Real Estate in North Carolina. He was a nationally recognized intercollegiate debate award winner and was the Speech Forensics Debate Coach for Capital University. He is the youngest recipient ever of the John J. Getgey Memorial Award for Academic Excellence and Achievement in the practice of law. As an attorney, Len was undefeated in court of appeals proceedings and in arbitration hearings. The National Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) has recognized Len as a Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI). He has been published as the author of law journal articles, cover stories for the National Real Estate Educators Association Journal and his books titled, “Ovation – How to Present Like a Pro” “UnRandom Thoughts” and “A Treasonous Season” are published on 

He has been a past board member of the National Real Estate Educators Association, the Past President of the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association and an elected member of the national Distinguished Real Estate Instructors Leadership Council. Dick Betts is a National Speaker who brings four decades of business experience to his classes, seminars, consulting and other needs.
