Is anyone using RELAY? I recently came across this website (www.rebt.com) and it almost seems to good to be true. Our office is thinking of trying it out, but I would like some actual feedback from people that are using it. Thanks

In Maryland our Mls systen is offering this service for the low rate of $49 per year. I guess I can't go too wrong tring it out for $49. I watched the video a couple of times to try and get an idea if this would benifit me. Still not sure. I do know NAR is pushing it. If you do try it let me know how it works out

Gene,

Are you getting such a low rate because your MLS system has negotiated for it or would it have to go thru your board of realtors?

Our office was quoted $129 per agent per year.

A "can be" free version of roughly the same thing is about to come online. Check out www.updatelane.com. Accounts are free so it'll be easy to collaborate with the other agent, title company, lender, etc through a "guest" function. Each listing gets a custom branded webpage. You can log marketing activities, schedule showings, edit & post feedback, track competing properties, and keep all files organized in one place. Sign-up early.

Relay, is a virtual filing cabinet. You can access it anywhere 24/7 and you can determine who has access to it. I have been using it for two years and love it. My clients can see their documents anytime they wish. Down load or upload also. At the end of our escrow I burn them a disk with all their information on it. What is not to love.

This technology does sound great. Can you share the cost?

Hey there
Jeremy at paperlessbrokerage.here.
We have a free agent level product www.ezcoordinator.com that we re-launched and we're looking for feedback.
I know a lot of you have tied the more common ones, but we're really excited about this new version and think you will be too.
Let me know if you would like a personal walk through.

Hi Jeremy,

I am the moderator of this group. Thanks for checking in with us here in the Technology Corner.

We don't mind being made aware of the technology offerings out there and you have seen to it that we all are very aware of your product. Thanks for that.

This is not a sales and marketing platform.

Be advised.

Thanks

Dave

Nice to meet you and sorry about that. I tried to private message you but the link doesn't work. Feel free to move this post if necessary.

We recently had a pick up in traffic from Real Town, I assume based on on a member's post. So I signed up and tried to activate some of these old posts that haven't had any activity for years. And stimulate some conversations about Transaction Management Software.

The landscape for software has changed a lot in the past couple years and we want to make your members are aware of our product, especially since it is 100% free for agents.

We had tried to find a good CRM or TMS system (basically all the ones listed in these forums) and there were all too complicated, expensive or lacking in basic modern day functionality.

So we built our own, actually we licensed the software of a larger Enterprise level product similar to a sales force but specifically for real estate.

Anyway are there any sponsorship opportunities available, or could we host a webinar for agents on the benefits of compliance and tools to help them.

We are reluctant to actually advertise via a banner since the product is free and advertising cost only necessitate the need to charge for the product.

I'm here for questions and answers if anyone needs,

Thanks

Jeremy
