Point2 Technologies Names Saul Klein As Chief Executive Officer

Saskatoon, SK and Vancouver, BC – December 18, 2007 – Point2 Technologies Inc. (“Point2”) today announced the appointment of Saul Klein as its new Chief Executive Officer. Klein will assume the new post effective January 1st, 2008, while maintaining his long time position as CEO of InternetCrusade/RealTown.

Klein brings to Point2 nearly 35 years of experience in the real estate industry and is one of the most respected professionals in the sector. In 2003, Klein was named one of the 25 Most Influential People in Real Estate by REALTOR® Magazine, the official publication of the National Assn. of REALTORS® (NAR), and was named by INMAN News as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate (technology) in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Klein’s industry experience advising national and regional real estate franchises, MLSs (Multiple Listing Service), Boards and Associations on technology issues spans 16 years and brings to Point2 a significant new strategic advantage.

Klein was the 1993 President of the San Diego Assn. of REALTORS® and Designated REALTOR® of the Year in 1999. He has been a licensed California Real Estate broker since 1977 (sales since 1974) and is an e-PRO, GRI, and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Saul’s involvement over the years with the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the San Diego Association of Realtors® and the California Association of Realtors® is extensive and includes a number of strategic roles including a member of the CAR Board of Directors for 11 years.

Klein is currently Immediate Past Chair of Business Information and Technology Forum of the National Association of REALTORS®. He is the author of The Real Estate Technology Guide published by Dearborn Publishing and he has authored numerous courses on real estate ethics, agency, buyer brokerage, and financial management for the New Real Estate Professional, as well as online technology courses for Kaplan University and the National Association of REALTORS®. Saul is a 1972 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and he served 5 years on active duty as a Surface Warfare Officer.
