Point2 Technologies Names Gregg Larson to Board of Directors

Authoritative MLS Strategist, Advisor and Real Estate Information and Technology Expert Amplifies Point2’s Bench Strength in Primary Growth Market

Saskatoon, SK and Vancouver, BC – April 12, 2010 – Point2 Technologies Inc. (“Point2”) today announced the appointment of Clareity Consulting President and Chief Executive Officer, Gregg Larson, to the company’s Board of Directors.

An internationally recognized Multiple Listing Service (MLS) advisor and real estate information and technology expert, Larson adds twenty seven years of strategic industry insight and experience to Point2’s team of industry leaders that includes 35 year industry veteran Point2 CEO and former President of the San Diego Association of REALTORS®, Saul Klein, and Point2 Director, Chief Executive Officer of the Metropolitan Consolidated Association of REALTORS® in Oakland, and Macomb County, Michigan, Walt Baczkowski.

Larson’s history driving innovation in real estate, combined with extensive MLS experience reinforces Point2’s focus on enabling the MLS of the future, and strengthens its leadership position in the listing syndication market segment for industry MLSs and Associations.

“I am thrilled to have Gregg join us at Point2 as a director where he will actively participate in mapping Point2’s future and help to accelerate our growth,” said Saul Klein, Chief Executive Officer, Point2 Technologies. “Real estate MLSs and Associations continue to adopt Point2’s syndication solution at a rapid pace as they look to enhance their value proposition in the marketplace with critical value-add services. Gregg’s expertise will enable us to continue to optimize our products to better serve our customers in what is one of Point2’s fastest growing market segments today.”

“I had the “cool” pleasure of visiting Point2’s headquarters in Saskatoon in February.  I have known and respected Saul Klein for about 20 years, but it was a pleasure to meet the entire management team and spend two days learning more about the company and its products.  The technology Point2 has developed over the past year is very impressive and I was equally impressed with their methods of software development, quality control, and speed of integration to an MLS. The software design and engineering talent at Point2 is as good as I’ve ever seen, so expect to see more killer products from them in the future,” said Gregg Larson, Clareity Consulting President and Chief Executive Officer, and Director, Point2 Technologies. “This is a fast growing company and I am excited to be associated with them.”
