Listingbook Enters Agreements with REALTOR Groups in Florida

Listingbook™, a leading online service that connects real estate agents and their clients, has finalized agreements with two Florida multiple listing service companies that will revolutionize how Florida home buyers and sellers receive real estate listings and communication from their real estate agents.

Listingbook has entered into agreements with the Pinellas REALTOR Organization® of Clearwater and West Pasco Board of REALTORS of New Port Richey, serving a total of 10,500 real estate agents.

By using Listingbook’s proprietary agent-managed system, real estate agents will be able to input specific real estate data into the system, allowing them to receive and distribute information to buyers and sellers instantly.

“We are confident that our partnership with Listingbook will provide an invaluable market research tool for both REALTORS® and consumers,” said Ann Guiberson, president and CEO of the Pinellas REALTOR Organization. “REALTORS will now be able to provide buyers and sellers with reliable real-time market information faster and more personalized than ever.”

Heidi Tuttle-Beisner, president of the West Pasco Board of REALTORS, said the relationship with Listingbook will pay significant dividends. “The West Pasco Board of REALTORS is excited to offer our members access to Listingbook,” said Tuttle-Beisner. “This technology will improve the information available to all parties involved in buying or selling real estate.”

The multiple listing services have access to Listingbook’s comprehensive client services platform for agents to manage sophisticated real estate consumers. Listingbook automates, tracks and analyzes client activities in an agent-managed, real-time environment that encourages collaboration and communication.

Listingbook President James Barry noted that Listingbook’s technology will complement the MLS’ real estate data management system, providing a potent one-two punch that will benefit agents and their buyers and sellers.

“This system is a virtual personal assistant not just for agents, but for their clients,” said Barry. “The Listingbook system identifies, analyzes and automates the delivery of key real estate data from the Pinellas and West Pasco groups and forwards it to buyers and sellers in simple, actionable formats.”

Attractive features include automated morning reports, which inform buyers about specified properties for sale while giving sellers an overview of potential buyer interest. Other services available to agents include a home finder section, listing and showing packages, and “anytime appointment” requests.
