Do You Need A Marketing Makeover?

 

Need a marketing makeover? The National Association of REALTORS®, in conjunction with REALTOR® Magazine and Hewlitt Packard are going to help one lucky REALTOR® with a print marketing package valued at more than $4,000.
 
Simply enter the "Marketing Makeover: Stage Your Business for Success" challenge! Five finalists will be chosen to win prizes valued at $1,000 each - and one lucky winner will walk away with the complete package including a new HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless All-in-One, a year's supply of ink, and tuition for NAR's e-PRO® Certification Course!
 
Here's how to enter. Just access the form, provide a little bit about your business and why you feel your office deserves a marketing makeover.

From the eligible entries received, five REALTORS® will be chosen by a panel of judges, based on the composition of their entry, creativity of entry, and adherence to the essay topic.

Good design and staging can make your listings stand out, and the same concept applies to your personal marketing materials. Successful practitioners consistently tell us that well-designed, well-targeted, and beautifully printed marketing materials are essential to their business.

The challenge is for brokers and sales associates who currently use a non-HP printer that services between one and 19 practitioners and staff. Finalists must be committed to a print marketing campaign and willing to work with REALTOR® Magazine and HP during the first quarter of 2010 to create posts about their experiences.

If you are selected to participate, REALTOR® magazine and HP we'll provide a new HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless All-in-One printer to replace your existing printer. They will also supply enough HP inkjet cartridges and paper to last the duration of the six-week contest, a $300 MarketSplash by HP credit and access to nearly 300 templates.
 
After the contest, you can keep the printer, supplies, and any promotional items created using the MarketSplash by HP credit.
 
In return, you'll blog about your experiences with the printer and marketing resources. The grand prize winner will be determined by a panel of judges and public votes, and will receive an HP and REALTOR® Magazine prize package valued at $4,000.
 
Entries for "The Marketing Makeover: Stage Your Business for Success" challenge must be received by Dec. 30, 2009.
 
To qualify for participation, entrants must be:

● Active members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®
● Affiliated with a real estate agency in the United States or the U.S. territories of Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands.
● Currently using a non-HP printer with capacity for 1-19 users.
● Able to access to Microsoft Word and the Internet.

The five finalists will be selected in early January by a panel of judges including Saul Klein, CEO of Point2 Technologies and InternetCrusade, the creators of NAR's e-PRO® Technology Certification Program.

During the six-week period that follows, the five judges and NAR members will have an opportunity to review and vote on the finalists' work through a special blog. The grand-prize winner will be announced at the end of March 2010.
