What are some of your successful, yet "unorthodox" strategies for success?

Saul's note: Real estate is a "Me Too Business." Everyone does the same "big things.” Me too actions in real estate include, placing a property in the MLS, adding a lockbox, erecting a sign, conducting an open house and running ads on the internet and in other mediums. It’s all so "orthodox," and the same.

It's the little things that make a difference.

What do you do that is "unorthodox" or different? In other words, how do you differentiate yourself from your competition?
