What are you doing to generate referrals? Are you asking your current customers to refer their friends, relatives, and acquaintances to you for real estate services?
Ask this question at every opportunity. Write it down and put it somewhere you will see it every day:
"Have I done everything I can to earn your referral business?"
The most effective and inexpensive advertising is a satisfied customer who tells the world about your service and your company.
