Differentiate Yourself

You hear it every day in the real estate industry, differentiate yourself from your competition, but how in a "copycat" or "me too" business, where 95% of what it takes to list or sell a property every agent does (MLS, lockbox, sign, open house, ads, etc.)?

If you can't think of any differentiators, then all that is left is cost, and it is a race to the bottom.
