Make a list of everything you have done for your last 10 transactions (or last two if that is all you have closed to date), under each one of these five major categories, don't leave anything out, no matter how small you may think that item is remember:

"It's the little things that make a difference."

The result after going through the above exercise? You have created your "Menu of Services."
