South Jordan, UT - 1st Qtr 08-09

Apr. 25, 2009

South Jordan fared pretty well when looking at how many homes sold compared to other cities.  Just one less house was sold, resulting in a decrease of under 1%.  This information could have a lot to do with the observation that home prices in South Jordan went down.  Median sold price decreased about 10% and average sold price decreased about 13%.  Prices today are pretty close now to what the sold prices were during the first part of 2008.
