I am not saying that the full recent listing history of the “2,221 sq ft” triplex Manhattan loft #1C at 55 White Street is intentionally misleading, but the explicit part of the StreetEasy history shows a quick sale that was not, in fact, very quick.

I am not going to go into too many details here, but the new Manhattan loft listing for #8-9-10 at 176 Perry Street sorta jumped out at me today and bit me: "11,000 sq ft" triplex, with taxes and common charges of $32,047/mo. They are asking $40,000,000.
