This is a fundraiser which supports several very good local causes: according to the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce, these fun Halloween events "Benefit The Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad, The Los Gatos Police Foundation, and The Los Gatos Disaster Aid Response Team (D.A.R.T.)."

In 2009, there are again events at Oak Meadow Park. It's sponsored by the wonderful Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce and is listed on its community calendar (always a great resource). No doubt due to the prolonged recession, the days are far fewer in 2009: the festivities are happening only on Friday and Saturday nights from 7 - 10pm and Sundays from 6 - 8pm. For tickets and more information, please call 408-395-7433 or visit Website.
I phoned the Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad and was told that yes, for 2010 it's starting October 8th. It will run Fridays and Saturdays from 6 - 11pm and Sundays from 6 - 10pm. The website is down because they are working on it, I was told.
