EXIT Realty Charlotte NC - Aida Marcial

Aida Marcial is one of the fantastic agents of EXIT Realty South that works hard for her clients. Her focus is providing her clients with the highest level of service. She has been very busy helping many of her clients take advantage of the home-buyers tax credit that ended April 30.  Many in the industry were thrilled when the government extended the closing date from June 30. We were also pleased that Aida was recognized by the Housing Opportunity Foundation of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association on June 21 as a graduate of the Workforce Housing Certificate Program and is now an official Workforce Housing Specialist.
