Some homes are staying on the market over 90 days, but sellers are getting very near asking price. The parish continues to have many local fair and celebration, such as the Ponchatula Craft and Trade Days held last weekend in Ponchatoula, The Antique City.Get ready for the "Chili Cookoff" January 12, 2008.
