Well so much for the down market. VIP Realty is growing at an incredibly fast pace, which is great news. We've added our Dallas model to the, Houston real estate, San Antonio real estate and Austin real estate markets.

We are currently using wordpress website templates for the San Antonio and Houston sites. We don't even have a site up just yet for Austin, however that didn't stop us from launching our brokerage in those areas.

For an example, when we first considered going into the San Antonio real estate market about three-four months ago, I launched a very cheap website www.viprealtysa.com. The site only cost me about $150 to design, not bad. :)

Well as of today, if you were to do a Google search for San Antonio real estate, we'd show up top 10 for sevaral keywords! This alone has made us get the ball rolling in the other markets.
