Greenville SC Real Estate market TrendIn April 2009, there were 510 Residential Single Family - Condo/Town house listings sold. The total volume was $80,616,747, Median Price was $132,750, and average Days on Market (DOM) was 100 days.

So far this year, between January 1st to April 30th 2009, there has been 1804 homes sold. Volume of $293,488,680, Median price of $138,500, and average DOM of 101 days.

In 2008, there were 8021 total units sold, with a volume of $1,474,391,263. Median price of $153,724, and DOM of 96 days. In 2007, total units sold was 10,058, Median price was $151,500, and average DOM was 87 days.

As of May 11th 2009, there are 7179 active Residential Single Family, Condo/Townhouse for sale in the Greater Greenville SC Real Estate Market. The volume was $1,942,113,341, Median list price of $189,900, and average DOM of 145 days.
