Carson's Pond is a ninety-one lot community located on S. Bennetts Bridge Road(hwy 296), off Woodruff Road, in the Five Forks area of Simpsonville. Homes in this neighborhood were built from the year 2000 to 2004, and they range in size from 2000 square feet to over 5000 square feet

on the homes with a full basement. Home prices in Carson's Pond range from the low $200,000's to the high $300,000's, and they either have all vinyl exterior finish, or a combination of brick and vinyl.

There are a few ranch style homes in Carsons Pond, but most of the homes are two-story traditional style homes, and the lot sizes are from a half acre to a little over one acre. Some of the homes in this community back up to the large pond that defines this neighborhood.

Carson's Pond subdivision is one of Simpsonville area communities that was built by Ryan homes. This neighborhood is convenient to Five Forks area shops, restaurants, Woodruff Road entertainments, is about 10 minutes to the BMW plant, is minutes to I-85, I-385, and much more.
