Interest Rates are falling…Interest Rates are falling
In speaking to a local lender, interest rates were under 6% for a 30 year fixed mortgage yesterday BUT the rates are changing moment by moment. If you interested in buying now may be the time to commit to a home and lock in a rate. There are a decent number of homes on the market. According to UPAR MLS there are 98 single family homes available in Marquette alone. Buy a home now in time to celebrate the holidays in your new home!

3) September 17-20—Vertigo Theatre Company presents: “Rabbit Hole” by David Lindsay-Abaire, a 2005 Pulitzer Prize Winner. At 7:30 p.m. in the Black Box Theater on the Campus of Northern Michigan University. Tickets are $10.00 each and on sale at the Marquette Arts and Culture Center in advance or at the door.
