Market Summary for 12/20/07
This week in 2006, 6 properties went into escrow and 14 sold.
During the past 7 days 14 properties went into escrow and 6 sold.
Back in 2005 7 properties went into escrow and 19 sold ..............
507 residential properties are for sale from Pinecrest to Jamestown (Down 10 from last week) ................
136 properties priced under $300k (Up 4 from last week)
257 priced between $300 and $500k, (down 7, from last week)
34 Listings expired, 9 were withdrawn and 0 are TOM (Temporarily off the market).

The average price during the last year for a 3 BR 2BA 2 CAR home is $370,332 down from $370,626 in last weeks Market Summary
North Tuolumne County Real Estate average 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home price
Over the previous 12 months is, $334,465
Sonora Real Estate average 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home price.
Over the previous 12 months is, $359,500
Twain Harte Real Estate average 2-3 bedroom, 1-2 bath home price.
Over the previous 12 months is, $ 359,650
This week, the inventory fell slightly from the previous week (10 homes) and the average home price has moved down slightly ..........The number of expired listings was still high but lower than the previous week and sales are off when compaired with the last 2 years.
