Homes in Sonora CA became a little more affordable this week. The
average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home remained the
same at $291,770*. The number of days on the market (DOM) remained
the same as well.

Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 141 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes
and sizes, inventory fell this week to 107 with median asking price of
$379,000 and an average time of 140 days on the market.

When compared to the rest of the north county there are 599 homes for
sale with a median asking price of $349,900 and an average of 153 days
on the market. That is down 5 units from last week.
