Real Estate in Sonora CA became a little less affordable this week. The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home rose to $299,708*. The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same.

Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 127 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory fell this week to 102 with median asking price of $389,450 and an average time of 142 days on the market.

When compared to the rest of the north county there are 591 homes for sale with a median asking price of $349,900 and an average of 151 days on the market. That is down 1 unit from last week

27 Homes priced under $300k (Unchanged from last week)

40 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week)

North Tuolumne County Real Estate

208 Homes priced under $300k (Up 3 from last week)

254 priced between $300 and $500k, (Down 9 from last week)
