Once again Real Estate in Sonora CA became a little more affordable
this week. The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage
home dropped to $298,253*. The number of days on the market (DOM)
moved ahead slightly.

Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 127 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes
and sizes, inventory rose this week, to 104 with median asking price of
$389,500 and an average time of 143 days on the market.

When compared to the rest of the north county there are 594 homes for
sale with a median asking price of $352,475 and an average of 149 days
on the market. That is down 3 units from last week
