Once again Real Estate in Sonora CA became a little more affordable this week. The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home dropped to $309,571*. The number of days on the market (DOM) moved ahead slightly.
Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 108 days.
If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory rose this week, to 104 with median asking price of $389,500 and an average time of 143 days on the market.
When compared to the rest of the north county there are 597 homes for sale with a median asking price of $350,000 and an average of 151 days on the market. That is up 11 units from last week

44 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 2 from last week)
North Tuolumne County Real Estate
200 Homes priced under $300k (Up 6 from last week)
271 priced between $300 and $500k, (Up 4 from last week)
