Real Estate in Sonora CA remained the same once again this week. The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home is still $331,692*.

The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same again as well this week. Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 119 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory rose this week, to 96 with median asking price of $410,950 and an average time of 129 days on the market.

When compared to the rest of the north county there are 590 homes for sale with a median asking price of $369,000 and an average of 142 days on the market.

45 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 6 from last week)

North Tuolumne County Real Estate

181 Homes priced under $300k (Up 3 from last week)
