Real Estate in Sonora CA remained the same this week. The average
price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home is still $331,692*.

The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same this week.
Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 119 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes
and sizes, inventory rose this week to 90 with median asking price of
$441,750 and an average time of 127 days on the market.

When compared to the rest of the north county there are 553 homes for sale with a median asking price of $375,000 and an average of 144 days on the market.

36 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 1 from last week)

North Tuolumne County Real Estate
158 Homes priced under $300k (Down 1 from last week)
256 priced between $300 and $500k, (Up 10 from last week)
