Homes in Tuolumne County continue to slowly descend from an average
of $317,621 to $315,621 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.*
The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same. Currently
Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 132 days.
Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and
sizes, inventory retreated slightly to 525 from last week’s 526 with a
median asking price of $375,000 and an average time of 146 days on the
market.

... Way, way back in 2004, 12 Residential properties sold with an
average price of $261,200 and 95 DOM
In 2005, 10 sold with an average price of $252,500 and 102 DOM
This week in 2006, 10 properties went into contract and 9 sold with an
average price of $405,706 and 158 DOM.
In the year 2007, 7 went into contract and 12 sold with an average price
of $330,375 and 212 DOM............
In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 13 Residential
properties went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of
$316,714 and 64 DOM.
