Real Estate in Sonora CA remained the same this week. The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home is still $331,929*.
The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same this week. Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 116 days.
If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory remained the same this week, with 86 and median asking price of $436,750 and an average time of 123 days on the market.
When compared to the rest of the north county there are 517 homes for sale with a median asking price of $375,000 and an average of 146 days on the market.
