Real Estate in Sonora CA remained the same this week. The average
price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home is still $331,929*.
The number of days on the market (DOM) increased this week again.
Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 116 days.
If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes
and sizes, inventory remained the same this week, with 91 and median
asking price of $425,000 and an average time of 125 days on the market.
When compared to the rest of the north county there are 516 homes for
sale with a median asking price of $375,000 and an average of 149 days
on the market.

40 priced between $300 and $500k (Up 4 from last week)
North Tuolumne County Real Estate
143 Homes priced under $300k (Down 6 from last week)
251 priced between $300 and $500k, (Up 2 from last week)
