Sonora CA Real Estate Weekly Update for 4/23/08

Real Estate in Sonora CA remained stable this week. The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home is still $331,929*.

The number of days on the market (DOM) increased this week again. Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 116 days as compared with last weeks 114.

If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory remained the same this week, with 91 and median asking price of $425,000 and an average time of 121 days on the market.

When compared to the rest of the north county there are 523 homes for sale with a median asking price of $372,000 and an average of 145 days on the market.

36 priced between $300 and $500k (down 1 from last week)

North Tuolumne County Real Estate

149 Homes priced under $300k (up 9 from last week)
249 priced between $300 and $500k, (unchanged from last week)
