Real Estate in Sonora CA rose ever so slightly this week. The average
price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home is now $331,929*.
The number of days on the market (DOM) increased this week.
Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 114 days as
compared with last weeks 110.
If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes
and sizes, inventory surged forward again this week, from 77 to 91 with
a median asking price of $425,000 and an average time of 117 days on
the market.
When compared to the rest of the north county there are 506 homes for
sale with a median asking price of $375,000 and an average of 144 days
on the market.
