Sonora CA Real Estate Weekly Update for 4/09/08
Real Estate in Sonora CA slid yet another week. The average
price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home is now $330,923*.
The number of days on the market (DOM) increased this week.
Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 110 days as compared with last weeks 82.
If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes
and sizes, inventory swelled again this week, from 73 to 77 with a
median asking price of $423,000 and an average time of 126 days on the
market.
When compared to the rest of the north county there are 482 homes for sale with a median asking price of $379,000 and an average of 145 days on the market.
