Sonora CA Real Estate Weekly Update for 4/03/08
Real Estate in SonoraCA continued to become more affordable this week. The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage home fell to $335,308*.

The number of days on the market (DOM) decreased as well. Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 82 days. Could this be a signal that sellers are starting to price their homes nearer to what the market is able to bear?
If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes and sizes, inventory swelled this week, from 65 to 73 with a median asking price of $476,798 and an average time of 133 days on the market. This is typical behavior as the weather begins to warm and Spring continues to unfold.
When compared to the rest of the north county there are 473 homes for sale with a median asking price of $375,000 and an average of 147 days on the market.
