week.

The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage is  
$282,087.

If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora
CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory fell again this week to 52 with
median asking price of $344,900 and an average time of 158 days on the
market.

When compared to the rest of the Northern Tuolumne County there are
401 homes for sale with a median asking price of $329,000 and an
average of 184 days on the market. That is down 1 from last week.
