Introduction from Connecticut

Hello...I am new to Real Town and Master Mind caught my eye. I have been in the business for 15 years. I am currently the President of The Higgins Group, a 15 office Christie's Great Estate Affiliate in Fairfield County, CT. Five years ago I formed The Vanderblue Team, a strong group of top producing agents and marketeers. We have successfully been combining our efforts to offer more skill, creativity and service to our clients and it has been a blessing to work beside such an amazing group of realtors. The team also allows us to incubate ideas and as they are implemented and become successful, as president, I can then bring them to the agents company wide. I embrace education and attend (or send teammates) as many educational seminars and events as possible...(while staying busy selling houses!). I have just become the President of the Woman's Council (WCR) for the Fairfield County Chapter and I am thrilled and honored to be part of this dynamic organization. My most difficult task these days is time management as there are SO many tools that I want to take advantage of in our Industry and only so many hours in a day to implement, organize, and master these tools. The Team helps but stepping outside and getting advise from other professionals keeps me moving forward. Thank you in advance for welcoming me to your group.
