Hi Dennis,
I'm not exactly sure what K-Young is, but you should be able to work something out with CityMortgage without an outside company. I would recomend contacting CityMortgage, and telling them you want to apply for a Making Home Affordable Modification. Afterwards, they will send you some documentation to complete, and will also need some financial information from you as well.
