As real estate picks up and  more Yard, For Sale, and Open House signs are springing up everywhere, there is the need for a conscious effort on the part of Realtors and other Real Estate Agents alike to keenly observe sign ordinances in their neighborhoods. This is necessary to avoid the wrath of both  the local and sate authorities. Signs are to be up for a certain period of time and within certain parameters.
