RealTown Seal of Approval - Setting Consumer Standards
As part of our ongoing effort to ensure RealTown.com maintains its integrity and reputation as a trusted source for real estate-related content that has been established since the company’s inception; we have created a RealTown “Seal of Approval” program that clearly sets out the standards we require of our vendors and affiliates.
As part of our subscriber’s “Consumer Bill of Rights”, all vendors and affiliates will agree to:
· Provide RealTown’s subscribers with the lowest price available for their product or service.
· Contact consumer within two business days of a service request.
· Provide a contact person that is our direct connection for questions or problems.
· Provide access to information on your goods and/or services either through your own web site or blog or a RealTown-hosted website or blog.
· Respond in the timely fashion to any e-mails from InternetCrusade.
Those who comply with these terms and conditions will earn the right to:
· Display the RealTown “Seal of Approval” on their marketing materials, web site and any other marketing materials used in conjunction with InternetCrusade.com and its related web sites.
· Be listed on RealTown as a vendor that has earned the RealTown “Seal of Approval.”
· Have the RealTown “Seal of Approval” logo included in all posts and/or articles that are published on RealTown.com.
Those vendors or affiliates who fail to comply with these conditions and subject to breach and will be de-listed and their contract terminated with no refund provided.
The status of any RealTown vendor or affiliate is subject to the approval of InternetCrusade and will be made at the sole discretion of InternetCrusade and its management.
