Ozarks real estate is recovering very nicely, indeed.  There are buyers locally and out of the area starting to buy and sell property again.  Not only does that prove the doom and gloom predictied by the media to be more hype than reality, as usual, but that the only people who really know what is going on in the market are those professionals actually involved in the process.  People are still having babies, getting better jobs, retiring, getting transferred, and moving closer or futher away from relatives like they always have.  Life goes on, with or without the media's permission and life is good here in the Ozarks of SW Missouri, just like it has always been.  Come on down and see for yourself, winter is almost over, spring is on the way, and it's looking good here in the Ozarks for real.
