I live in Western CO and need to know HOW TO USE a VA. Want the "partnership" type of relationship, advice on how best to take advantage of the VAs skills and interests. I guess, in short, I am not sure of exactly what I need, and how best to use a VA to find that out and fill in the holes.

I need a VA, but need to know a cost. Need some closings before I go much further with it, but prefer to be educated before I make any decisions.
