I have had several occassions where I knew of problems with a property and it would have been easy to not disclose them. However, I gave the information to possible buyers.

I showed a property advertising first floor laundry and easy beach access. I went to show the property and it never had any kind of a laundry room. After questioning neighbors, I* found out one access was blocked and the other was completely grown over.

I have had buyers quite often ask about the neighborhood profile. I know this is against Fair Housing and suggested the buyer drive through the neighborhood and judge for themselves.
