My name is Thor Martin. My fiancee and I are getting married over Labor Day weekend and we're having a lake party on Friday for some of our friends and family at my Uncle's house on the lake. My Uncle, Brad Martin has lived on the lake for some time now with his family and my Grandfather, Wayne Martin, just sold his house this month after my Grandmother passed away.

I was wondering if there were any friends of the lake that would be able to lend or rent a pontoon boat out to us. My family have spent many weekends of fun on the lake, playing cards with my grandparents, barbecuing, sliding down the snowy hill into the lake during the winter, tubing and hiking at Camp Friedenswald. We look forward to sharing Lake Shavehead with all of our family, and we're hoping that  someone could help out.

Hi Everyone!

  We are looking for a place to rent on the lake during the period of June 28th to July 8th. We have lived on the lake for over 20 years and are currently building a new home on Eby road. We "thought" we would be moving into the new place by Memorial day, and as it turns out, our new home won't even be ready by the 4th of July!!  

  We have family coming in from California, who have had their airline reservations booked for months!  So, we need to find a place for them to stay on the lake.  If you, or if you know of anyone who would be interested in renting their place during that time, or have any suggestions, please give us a call!
