There are many new condominium buildings in San Francisco. Many of them are not even on the MLS. And over 50% of the available condominiums in these new buildings are not on the MLS either.

This forum is the place to learn more about these condos and everything about them.

I am very familiar with the new developments in the San Francisco, SoMa, South Beach and Mission Bay areas. Your statement is very true, the developments only put a few listings in the MLS to attract attention to their units. Some of these developments are first class, and some are a bit lacking, in my opinion.
