I had posted a note that I would be in New Orleans for NAR, and wondered if others would be there. So far, we have at least 5 people who would like to get together. The tentative plan is to meet Thursday November 9th at the Marriott Canal at 6pm for a drink. I will e-mail the location within the hotel.

Let me know if there is anyone else who would like to join us. What about discussing the number one priority for each of us in going to the conference? In my 23 years, I have been to NAR 20 times. I love it, get highly inspired, do my next years goals while I am there, and actually come up with my marketing plan. It is much easier to do it there and there are so many new ideas that the creative juices flow.

The real talk community and particularly the e-PRO's are such a valuable resource to me.  I am looking forward to putting faces with names that I see on the posts.  I've been to a lot of training and seminars but surprising enough in my 11 years in general real estate (sold new construction for 11 years too), I have NEVER been to NAR that I recall.  I've been to FAR, franchise conventions and Mike Ferry, but this will be my first NAR.  I'll look forward to the concencus of where we will meet.

Hello Everyone. I noticed that these postings are under two headings. Wanted to make sure everyone had the place and time for the E-Pro meeting.  The details are that we are meeting Thursday night the 9th at the JW Marriott at 614 Canal Street. Not to be confused with the Marriott Canal in the 500 block. We will be meeting at 6 pm at the Shula Bar in the hotel. Looking forward to meeting all of you. Not sure how noisy it will be or how much we can really share. I thought it would be nice to discuss what each of us is hoping to get out of the conference. I have gone 20 times in my 23 year career. I look forward to it evey year as it is inspirational. I write my business plan for the following year, do my Marketing Plan and come up with so many ideas that I prioritize them each day and then decide on the ten best. Too easy to become overwhelmed. Hi Everyone, John, Mike and I went to dinner and then decided to walk down Bourbon Street. As we were walking we passed by a diner and who was on the other side of the window? Joann, Fran, and Wynne. It is always great to attend the NAR Convention and see friends. Mike continued to walk through the French Quarter and John and I returned to our hotel so we could approve RealTalk posts. Saul
