one of the posters noted in their marketplace that this was available only to CB Miller agents.  Is this the case in most markets?

It really is a great program and it is open to any Realtor®.

As an offshoot of that idea, I went to local stores and put together a coupon book of discounts to give away. The retailers love it. Also many of the nationwide retailers have some sort of program like this. You just have to ask. The more freebies you can give away the more the clients love you.
