Nov. 2, 2007 - 6 Sunday Open Houses in the 1.4s if you set your clock right

(remember to check the agent websites Sunday morning to see if open house is still on)

21 East 22 Street #8D
$1.449mm and $1,090/mo for "1,000 sq ft" of no-expense-spared space with "artisan hand-painted walls that have been reinforced with special sound-dampening insulation" and "sound-proofed" north windows (does this raise more concerns no the 8th floor than it satisfies?); Empire State and Madison Park views
on the market 6 weeks ($1.499mm)
Open House Sunday Nov 4 from 12 - 2 PM

1200 Broadway #7C
$1.475mm and $2,007/mo for "1,950 sq ft" that I hit when new and in several open house reviews since
please let me know if they still have that no-buzzing-the-door-open set-up
on the market since May ($1.55mm):
under $800/ft at 1200 Broadway (still too high?)
Open House Sunday Nov 4 from 12 - 1:30 PM

114 West 29 Street "Penthouse"
$1.495mm and $1,342/mo for "1,500 sq ft"
I featured it last weekend when it was new, raising some questions, making some comments (
new with open house at 114 W 29)
Open House Sunday Nov 4 from 12 - 2 PM

12 East 14 Street #5D
$1.495mm and $2,150/mo for "1,000 sq ft" that's all about the kitchen and the private roof space (I know I have talked about this one before [that kitchen!] but can't put a mouse on it just now)
On the market since July
Open House Sunday Nov 4 from 12:30 - 2 PM

112 West 18 Street #4C
$1.495mm and $1,348/mo for a 3 BR + 1 bath "white box"
yes, it is hard to get excited about such a "rare offering" without a floor plan or size….
new to market last week
Open House Sunday Nov 4 from 3 - 4:30 PM

324 Pearl Street #1K
$1,499,999 (oy) and $1,383/mo (condo) for "1,416 sq ft" of dulpexed loft with "728 sq ft" garden, with the bedroom, garden and tell-tale "rec room" downstairs; no question that it is styled within an inch of its life; fascinating space for those who would like to be between the Brooklyn Bridge and the South Street Seaport
on the market 8 weeks ($1.6mm)
Open House Sunday Nov 4 from 11 - 12:30 PM
