If you've been here before, you can see that I'm trying to update my websites and blog.  This could easily be a full time job!  Currently, I maintain 3 websites: www.SallyHardman.com; www.SellingStSimons.com; and www.RealEstateSSI.com.  I have very little control over the Selling St. Simons site, but it's the one with prominent placement on many different search sites, so I have to bow to the experts with this one.   I've been having fun with these, but my primary purpose is to make the sites better for the consumer... you!  So I would appreciate your input, and if you have suggestions or ideas, please send them my way.  As always, I appreciate the opportunity to help you with your real estate needs.

Last year, blogging was all the rage, so I thought, "this looks like fun", and I created this blog.  I have to admit that I haven't dedicated the time or effort required to post as often as I need to, but I try.  But now this year, video is the thing.  My goodness, how does everyone keep up?  I am a member of a real estate online chat group, and there are agents who have several websites, several blogs, and are now getting into this video thing.  HOW DO THEY DO IT???  It's Jan. 12th, and I still don't have my Chrismas tree down! 

I was on the computer until 11:30 last night, and was up at 5:30 this morning because I forgot to send a counter offer to a client that I promised last night.  I do create visual tours of homes and areas, but I really don't think I want to spend the time and effort to learn YouTube.  My children are grown, and my grandchildren are preschoolers.  Does anyone have a teenager I can rent?  I'm serious; I just want someone to say first you do A, then you do  B, etc.  I can't even figure out how to put spaces in this blog!

Is there any hope for me?  Maybe it's time to retire my blogs, my websies, my camera, etc.  But then, what would I do with all my free time?  Guess that's not an option, so I'm going to get back to one of my other computer activities.  I do have some photos I need to download.
