I am not sure if you are aware of the Liberty Harbor project, and I actually have not shared the information with many of my investor clients, because to be honest, I have been skeptical. However, indications are now that the project will be moving full speed ahead, and although I am unable to share at this time, there will be a press release coming out this Friday with some good news about the project.
In case you are unaware of Liberty Harbor, it is a $2 billion (yes, thats right, BILLION) project that is to be built at the foot of the Sidney Lanier Bridge overlooking the Brunswick River and the famed Marshes of Glynn. It was conceived by the same Resort Residential Team that participated in the construction of such projects as Downtown Disney FL and Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas. It will consist of up to 1,800 condos, a theatre, a Hilton hotel, 350 boat slips, marina, lakes, pools, fishing pier, shops, etc. The average unit will cost approximately $600K, but the beginning price will be in the mid $300Ks for a 1 bedroom unit, upper $500Ks for a 2 bedroom unit, and $900K for a 3 bedroom unit.
I am not associated with this project in any way, but I can assist interested clients with the reservation and/or purchase process of the development. The developers are offering priority reservation status to interested parties upon the receipt of $1,000. This will entitle you to news as it is released, and $10,000 off the purchase price of a residence, $5,000 toward closing costs, discounted membership to marina and golf amenity, community social membership fees waived, assignable contract privileges, and priority selection for the structured resale program. These benefits are available to initial launch participants only.
If you are interested, I can fax or e-mail you a Priority Reservation Application and Information Form, and upon return, Liberty Harbor records your application and deposit, sends you a complete information package and a copy of your signed Priority Reservation Agreement, and sends you new information as it becomes available. According to Mayor Thompson (Brunswick), ground is to be broken in July/August 2006. As I said, I have not brought this to the attention of any investors as I wanted to wait until I felt confident that the project would be developed. After speaking with the mayor last Friday, I am prepared to assist with the publicity of this development.
Please let me know if you have any interest in this project, and I will be happy to speak with you further. Or you can click on this link mailto:Broker@BeachcomberRealtors.com to request an informational packet. I wish you continued good fortune with your real estate investments! |
