� Mar. 26, 2007 - For those who don't know Lost Creek Ranch

Lost Creek Ranch is a beautiful residential subdivision of almost 1,200 homes located in Allen, TX. It is just a minute or two East of 75/Central between Plano & McKinney. The community was started by two excellent homebuilders, Ryland & Centex, in late 2001 and construction continued through 2006. Two additional builders, David Weekley & K. Hovnanian, bought some of the last approximately 100 lots and helped finish out this outstanding subdivision. There are two public/city parks and three private/HOA parks in Lost creek Ranch. One of these private parks is attached to the private/community pool which sits next to the wooded or "lost" creek and a walking/jogging trail that follows and crosses over the creek. Another community highlight is the private park with three conjoined ponds, each with their own fountain, encircled by another walking/jogging trail.
