When Forrester Research released the results of its annual survey on customer satisfaction, says Jim Dalrymple (macworld.com), "Apple not only topped the list, it blew away the competition." In fact, Apple "dominated in each category" that the survey assessed, "scoring 82 percent (Useful), 86 percent (Easy to Use), and 72 percent (Enjoyable)."

I just got back into a mac a few months ago after being in the PC for about 3 years. I am so hapy!!! I have been using the Apple Care to get caught up on all of the new stuff. I just can not believe how much better they are today than my last little iBook from 6 years ago.

Apple Care has been awesome. There were some days when I know I was probably annoying with my lack of skills, but so far everyone I have talked to has been great. It is as good as I remember or maybe better.

The PC world could learn a lot from just this one thing-customer service. The only support I got from any PC was an extended warranty that kept me computerless for weeks on end, only to be returned with issues. My only source of help, the guys from Circuit City, lost their jobs when the company went belly up.

Thank you in this Mac RealTown group for helping me with the migration back. I was nervous, but after months of reading these forums I am happy to be a mac person again!

Welcome back. We always can use another Mac fanatic. The best part of now as opposed to 3 years ago is that so many more real estate programs are Mac-friendly. Even Citrix is so much better.

Just picked up my first Macbook Air to go with the iMac.... LOVE the little beastie...it, in my opinion, is thew first totally portable AND powerful "laptop". To call any of the larger stuff from the PC world a "Laptop" is a bit of a joke. I was stuck in the PC hell world for about 5 years and it's like I've woken up from a bad bad dream and found that technology really has advanced!!!

OK, gushing aside, who has a good strategy to convince partners we need to migrate to the light?

Josh,

I bought a Mac Air shortly after buying the iPhone and, like you, fell in love with the elegant operating system. It's a shame that Steve Jobs did not have the marketing ability of Bill Gates and "only" had the genius of a true artist, but that's "under the bridge". Thanks, to Steve Jobs, i have the use of this great little computer that is in complete sync with my iPhone and makes my life so easy after using the clunker PC since 1987.

Not sure what the following means from your post: "to convince partners we need to migrate to the light?"
